How you get access

Ask for access
Fill in the form below: who you are, and what you need MedCoord for (a family, a coordinator, a clinic).

You receive an invitation
A person reads every request. If MedCoord is the right fit, your address is invited; if it is not, we tell you why.

You sign in with a code
No password to remember: each time, a one-time code arrives by email. On a shared computer, the session closes by itself.
